7. Spread as thin a stick as you can on the table (1.5 mm). I don't sprinkle flour on the counter because it doesn't stick. On a floured countertop it does not adhere being small, it sticks to the twister (even if we floured it too) and they stretch a little harder.

8. Heat well on medium heat a non-stick pan, thicker, preferably cast iron.

9. You can take the sheet directly with your hands, as it is small, it does not break, or you can roll it on a rolling pin and transfer it to the hot pan by rolling it (in this case I think that a part needs to be slightly floured).

10. Bake for about a minute on one side and a minute on the other side. Turn them over with a spatula.

11. Store them in a folded towel, well covered. Consume immediately, warm. Now I made them with skewers.
