1. In a graduated bowl measure 125 ml of warm water. Add 1 teaspoon of sugar, dry yeast, mix and leave the mixture for 10-15 minutes or until frothed. Keep in a place away from electricity.

8. Heat well on medium heat a non-stick pan, thicker, preferably cast iron.
9. You can take the sheet directly with your hands, as it is small, it does not break, or you can roll it on a rolling pin and transfer it to the hot pan by rolling it (in this case I think that a part needs to be slightly floured).
10. Bake for about a minute on one side and a minute on the other side. Turn them over with a spatula.
11. Store them in a folded towel, well covered. Consume immediately, warm. Now I made them with skewers.

#1. Chickpea salad

It is a great idea, you can do it with any INGREDIENTS you want, with what you have in the fridge, fried meat, tomatoes, onions, mushrooms, corn. I always do it differently, with what I have in the fridge at that moment.
- Put the three cups of flour in a larger bowl, add salt and a teaspoon of sugar. Stir gently to aerate the flour, this will help in the fermentation process.
- In lukewarm milk, mixed with the remaining sugar, dissolve the yeast and pour the composition over the flour.
- Incorporate the ingredients, then add the oil and cup of water. mix gently with a spoon so that everything is well mixed.
- Pour the dough on the worktop and knead it until it becomes elastic and non-sticky. The final texture will be similar to chewing gum or plasticine.
