RECIPE PREPARATION Chicken legs in tomato sauce with mustard seeds:
Wash the chicken legs and dry. Heat the oven and place the legs in a tray with a cup of water, 2-3 bay leaves, and pour over the legs a few tablespoons of oil and tomato sauce, then sprinkle with salt, black pepper and a few grains of mustard. Bake until well browned. Serve with peas and carrots.
