RECIPE PREPARATION Cake with cocoa, cherries and apricots - fasting:
In a bowl, mix the water + oil + sugar and mix until the latter dissolves.
In another bowl mix the flour with the baking powder and the 2 tablespoons of cocoa.
Pour this mixture gradually, spoon by spoon, over the liquid composition and mix with a whisk until incorporated.
Add salt and rum essence, then add the cherries and mix lightly.
In a tray (my tray is 29x19 cm) put baking paper or grease the tray with oil / margarine and line it with flour, then pour the composition.
On top we put the apricots washed and peeled.

- 5 medium eggs
- 170 gr sugar

- 1 tablespoon cocoa + 2 tablespoons water
- 800 gr cherries
For this recipe we use a 24 x 24 baking tray with high edges. Bake the cake at 180 degrees for about 40-50 minutes.
Method of preparation:
Wash the cherries and remove the seeds (or use cherries from the compote).
