We start by preparing the dough.
Put sifted flour in a bowl and mix it with yeast and a pinch of salt (I only used one cube of yeast per kilogram of flour and that was enough).
Separately heat the water and add it to the flour bowl (the water must be warm and NOT hot),
We start to knead by adding little by little the oil, until we obtain an elastic and non-sticky dough.
NO YEAST REQUIRED!
Grease a baking tray with oil and roll out the dough. First grease with tomato juice previously mixed with salt and pepper (preferably add other dry spices in the juice).
Then sprinkle sliced onions, sliced peppers, grated potatoes and finish with a layer of Parmesan cheese.
Put the tray in the preheated oven at 180 degrees until the pizza is baked and the parmesan has melted.
