It is worth trying these meatballs stuffed with fried mushrooms, they are very good and easy to make. The most difficult part is the one where you have to just taste a few pieces, they disappear quickly! :)
- 1 kg minced chicken (thighs / breast)
- 500 g small mushrooms
- 2 eggs husband
- 1 large grated small carrot
- 1 large grated small potato
- parsley / dill / thyme
- 1 finely chopped onion
- 5 cloves of crushed garlic
- salt pepper

RECIPE PREPARATION Chicken meatballs stuffed with fried mushrooms:
We will fry the mushrooms in a pan seasoned with salt and pepper. Drain the juice and let them cool. We will mix the minced meat with: grated and squeezed carrot and potato, eggs, chopped greens, onion and garlic.
Season to taste with salt and pepper.
From the homogenized composition we will break small weights in the middle of which we will put a small fried mushroom. We form a ball that we roll in sesame or flour. We fry them in an oil bath.
