I cleaned the vegetables and put them in a pot of water next to the washed chest (left whole). I frothed and let the meat and vegetables boil for about 40 minutes. Then I added vegeta, garlic (made into mujdei) vinegar and sour cream (previously dissolved in a little juice from the soup) I adjusted the salt and pepper and the soup was ready.
