  • For the countertop:
  • 15g yeast;
  • 1 teaspoon sugar,
  • 3 tablespoons oil;
  • 500ml mineral water;
  • 1kg flour;

  • In a bowl, I prepared the mayonnaise by mixing the yeast with the sugar and a tablespoon of warm water and left them for 5-10 minutes until it increased in volume.

  • In another bowl, I put the rest of the ingredients, I added the mayonnaise and I mixed until I got a dough, then I let it rest for 30 minutes.

  • In the meantime, I prepared the ingredients for the pizza. I cut the onion into juliennes, the sausages into rounds, the ham into thin slices, and I grated the cheese.

  • I spread the dough, then I placed it in a tray with baking paper, then I put ketchup and the rest of the ingredients.

  • 4 trays came out.
