Drain the mushrooms and cut into small pieces. Boiled eggs are cleaned and grated two of them plus the egg white from the third. With a boiled yolk, a raw yolk, mustard and oil, make a mayonnaise.
Mushrooms, scrambled eggs, crushed garlic and mayonnaise mix well. Add sour cream, green parsley, lemon juice, salt and pepper and mix again.
Put the salad in a bowl and garnish with what you have on hand.
